In 2009 Fiji recently released this delightful series of eight multi-color 38mm silver-plated dollar coins featuring “Great Animals of the World”. The reverse of each coin features a different animal, along with a multi-color image of the animals fur or skin. Included are the Cheetah, Elephant, Giraffe, Koi Carp, Leopard, Giant Panda, Tiger and Zebra. The name of the animal is given in five different languages.
